NotebookLM to PDF is sold through PayPro Global Inc., our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Refunds are available for review within 30 days of purchase by submitting a refund request here: https://payproglobal.com/customer-support#submit-a-ticket.
After receiving a refund request, PayPro Global notifies us (the product licensor) and offers us the opportunity to resolve it. Refund requests that are not resolved within two weeks are reviewed by PayPro Global Inc. and its subsidiaries. For credit card purchases, the refund will appear on the next credit card statement.
If something is broken — the extension doesn't work, a feature you paid for is missing or buggy, your export failed, or anything else goes wrong — email us directly at tarasov.slavas2002@gmail.com and we will fully refund everything, no questions asked. This applies regardless of the 30-day window above — if it didn't work for you, you get your money back.
Please include your order ID or the PayPro Global receipt so we can find your purchase quickly.
Weekly and Yearly plans are recurring subscriptions. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your PayPro Global customer portal (the link is in your purchase receipt). Cancelling stops future charges. If you also want a refund for a charge that already went through, use the steps above.
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment and is refundable under the same 30-day window through PayPro Global. If you run into a bug or issue at any point, the policy above applies — email us and we'll make it right.
By submitting a refund request, you agree that the software or digital product for which a refund is sought may no longer be used in any way. Continued use of the digital product after submitting a refund request constitutes a willful violation of copyright law, for which the buyer may be liable for substantial civil damages.
In accordance with EU and UK consumer protection laws, buyers normally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content — including software, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), downloadable files, or other digital products — once access has begun or the content has been downloaded.
By purchasing and accessing NotebookLM to PDF, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the content and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is waived once the product has been accessed or activated. This waiver is confirmed by acceptance of our Terms and Conditions during the checkout process. The bug / issue full-refund commitment above still applies regardless.
Because we will refund any legitimate request, please email us before opening a chargeback — it is faster for you and avoids unnecessary fees on our side.
