These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NotebookLM to PDF Chrome extension and the website at notebooklm-to-pdf.com (together, the "Service"). By installing the extension, creating an account, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
NotebookLM to PDF is a browser extension that exports Google NotebookLM chats and notes to PDF. Rendering happens locally in your browser; we do not upload or store the content of your NotebookLM documents on our servers.
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
We offer Weekly, Yearly, and Lifetime plans. Prices are shown on our pricing page and charged in USD by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. Weekly and Yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals at any time from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked in your receipt. Cancelling stops future charges but does not, by itself, refund past charges — see our refund policy below.

The Service, including the extension, website, branding, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active plan. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. NotebookLM and related marks belong to Google LLC; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
You retain all rights to the NotebookLM content you export. Because processing happens locally in your browser, we do not receive a copy of that content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to export and use any content you process with the Service.
The Service depends on third parties, including Google NotebookLM, the Chrome Web Store, and Lemon Squeezy. We are not responsible for those services or for changes they make that may affect the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future versions of NotebookLM or Chrome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and, if applicable, cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there for any dispute that is not resolved informally.
